14         On page 1, lines 12 through 14, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         Section 1.  Whereas the Sarasota County Public Hospital

18  Board has determined the election of its board members will be

19  conducted by the supervisor of elections as authorized by

20  section 189.405(2)(a), subsection (3) of section 1 of chapter

21  26468, Laws of Florida, 1949, as amended by chapter 86-373,

22  Laws of Florida, is amended to read:
