  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education; providing

  3         legislative intent to revise the laws relating

  4         to middle schools; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

  9  relating to education to foster improvement of student

10  performance in middle school.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
