14 On page 26, lines 27-29, delete those lines

16 and insert: purchased with district public funds shall revert
17 to the ownership of the district school board, as provided for
18 in s. 228.056(10)(e) and (f). In the case of a developmental
19 research school established pursuant to s. 228.053 to which a
20 charter has been issued, any unencumbered funds and all
21 equipment and property purchased with university public funds
22 shall revert to the ownership of the state university that
23 issued the charter. The reversion of such equipment,
