14         On page 28, between lines 27 and 28,

17         Section 4.  Section 196.1983, Florida Statutes, is

18  created to read:

19         196.1983  Charter school exemption from ad valorem

20  taxes.--Any facility or portion of a facility exclusively used

21  to house a charter school whose charter has been approved by

22  the sponsor and the governing board pursuant to s. 228.056(9)

23  is exempt from ad valorem tax.
