13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 26, line 29, delete that line

15

16  and insert:  228.056(10)(e) and (f) or, in the case of a

17  developmental research school created under s. 228.053 to

18  which a charter has been issued under s. 228.056(4)(e), any

19  unencumbered funds and all equipment and property purchased

20  with public funds shall revert to the ownership of the state

21  university that issued the charter. The reversion of such
