  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to charter schools; providing

  3         legislative intent regarding funding,

  4         governance, and approval procedures for charter

  5         schools; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise the laws

10  relating to charter school funding, governance, and procedures

11  for approval.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
