  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to graduate medical education;

  3         providing legislative intent concerning

  4         funding, structure, and quality of graduate

  5         medical education; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature that

10  funding for graduate medical education be adequate and that

11  the quality, delivery, and efficiency of graduate medical

12  education in this state be maintained and improved.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
