  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Everglades restoration;

  3         expressing the intent of the Legislature to

  4         fund Everglades restoration through an

  5         identified revenue source; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  provide funding for restoration of the Everglades and to

12  identify a source of revenue for that purpose.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
