13         Amendment to Amendment (761069) 

14         On page 11, line 8, after the period,

16  insert:   All protocols relating to electrolysis or

17  electrology using needle-type epilation devices by persons

18  other than physicians licensed under this chapter or chapter

19  459 shall require the person performing such service to be

20  appropriately trained and work only under the general

21  supervision of a physician licensed under this chapter or

22  chapter 459.
