14         On page 68, between lines 29 & 30, of the bill

17         Section 40.  Subsection (11) of section 641.51, Florida

18  Statutes, is created to read:

19         641.51  Quality assurance program; second medical

20  opinion requirement.--

21         (11)  If a contracted primary care physician, licensed

22  under Chapter 458 or Chapter 459, and the organization

23  determine that a subscriber requires examination by a licensed

24  ophthalmologist for medically necessary, contractually covered

25  services, then the organization shall authorize the contracted

26  primary care physician to send the subscriber to a contracted

27  licensed ophthalmologist,
