23         and 98-477, Laws of Florida, relating to the

24         Hillsborough County Public Transportation

25         Commission; repealing only sections 13A, 13B,

26         and 13C of chapter 96-520, Laws of Florida, and

27         chapter 98-476, Laws of Florida, relating to

28         the Tampa Sports Authority; repealing chapter

29         99-476, Laws of Florida, relating to the

30         completion dates of the performance audits;

31         providing an effective date.

  1  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  2

  3         Section 1.  Chapters 94-405, 94-408, 94-412, 96-513,

  4  96-515, 96-516, 96-518, 98-476, 98-477, 98-478, 98-479,

  5  98-480, 98-481, 98-482, and 99-476, Laws of Florida, section

  6  27 of chapter 95-488, section 10 of chapter 96-449, and

  7  section 20 of chapter 96-519, Laws of Florida, only sections

  8  13A, 13B, and 13C of chapter 96-520, Laws of Florida, and

  9  section 7 of chapter 97-351, Laws of Florida, are repealed.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

11  law.
