15 On page 1, line 28, through page 2, line 2, delete
16 those lines

18 and insert: two or more of the sentences be served
19 concurrently. A defendant who has been designated a sexual
20 predator under the criteria set forth in s. 775.21(4) or s.
21 775.21(5) and who is subsequently convicted of sexual battery
22 as defined in chapter 794 shall serve a consecutive sentence
23 for the subsequent conviction in accordance with s.
24 775.021(4).
