14         On page 2, between lines 20 and 21,

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  Nothing in this act shall serve to remove

18  the exemption from any entity that is currently eligible for

19  and receives the exemption

21  (Redesignate subsequent sections.)

25  And the title is amended as follows:

26         On page 1, line 10, after "intent;"

28  insert:

29         providing that the act does not remove the

30         exemption from any entity that currently is

31         eligible for and receives the exemption;
