13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 6, between lines 3 and 4,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law

18  to the contrary, a private vendor that operates a private

19  correctional facility under contract with the Correctional

20  Privatization Commission, the Department of Corrections, or a

21  political division of the state may not house any inmate, on

22  sentence from another state.
