14         On page 11, line 8, after the period

16  insert:

17          All protocols relating to electrolysis or electrology

18  using needle-type epilation devices by persons other than

19  physicians licensed under this chapter or chapter 459 shall

20  require the person performing such service to be appropriately

21  trained and work only under the general supervision of a

22  physician licensed under this chapter or chapter 459.
