  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to nonresident concealed weapon

  3         reciprocity; repealing s. 790.015, F.S.,

  4         relating to reciprocity for nonresidents to

  5         carry concealed weapons in this state;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Section 790.015, Florida Statutes, is

11  repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.

16                          HOUSE SUMMARY

      Repeals the provision of law authorizing nonresidents who
18    possess a license to carry a concealed weapon issued by
      their state of residence to carry the concealed weapon in
19    this state.
