17 Section 2. Paragraph (e) is added to subsection (1) of
18 section 465.023, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 465.023 Pharmacy permittee; disciplinary action.--
20 (1) The department or the board may revoke or suspend
21 the permit of any pharmacy permittee, and may fine, place on
22 probation, or otherwise discipline any pharmacy permittee who
23 has:
24 (e) Interfered with or attempted to interfere with the
25 professional judgment of a pharmacist in the practice of the
26 profession of pharmacy.
