13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 97, lines 8-11, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  University of Florida, Florida State University,

17  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and Florida

18  Atlantic University, the majority of members of a university

19  board of trustees must reside within the service area of the

20  university. All members of the board of trustees of Florida

21  Atlantic University must reside within the service area of the

22  university; three must be residents of Broward County, three

23  must be residents of Palm Beach County, and three may be

24  residents of any county within the service area.
