13         Amendment to Amendment (883505) 

14         On page 3, lines 25-31,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  However, such organizations must

18  comply with s. 24, Article I of the State Constitution.  To

19  this end, the Legislature specifically declares that

20  faith-based organizations or community-based organizations

21  which have entered into a contract with an agency or political

22  subdivision of this state, or which accepts certificates,

23  warrants, or other forms of disbursement described in

24  subsection (1) are subject to the provisions of chapter 119

25  relating to public records and those provisions of chapter 286

26  relating to public meetings, with regard to programs or

27  services funded under this act.
