17 (c) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) or paragraph (b), if
18 any agency or political subdivision of this state enters into
19 any contract with a faith-based organization for more than
20 $100,000, such agency or political subdivision shall develop a
21 plan for monitoring and reviewing the organization's
22 performance as to all state funds received. Such plan shall
23 be implemented and reported on by the agency as part of the
24 agency's performance based budget request, as required
25 pursuant to chapter 216, Florida Statutes.
