14         On page 4, line 21, of the bill

16  after the period (.) insert:  However, such organizations must

17  comply with s. 24, Article I of the State Constitution.  To

18  this end, the Legislature specifically declares that

19  faith-based organizations or community-based organizations

20  which have entered into a contract with an agency or political

21  subdivision of this state, or which accepts certificates,

22  warrants, or other forms of disbursement described in

23  subsection (1) are subject to the provisions of chapter 119

24  relating to public records and those provisions of chapter 286

25  relating to public meetings, with regard to programs or

26  services funded under this act.
