14         On page 21, lines 11 through 13, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (a)1.  For fiscal year 2000-2001, $50 million of state

18  funds shall be deposited into the Everglades Restoration

19  Reserve Trust Fund created by s. 373.472.

20         2.  For each year of the 9 consecutive years beginning

21  with fiscal year 2001-2002, $75 million of state funds shall

22  be deposited into the Everglades
