26         requirements for review and repeal; deleting

27         provision for carryforward of unspent funds;

28         deleting a repealer; amending s. 259.105, F.S.;

29         providing for transfer of funds from the

30         Florida Forever Trust Fund into the Save Our

31         Everglades Trust Fund; amending ss. 259.1051
