11  Senators Klein, Forman and Diaz-Balart moved the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 21, between lines 19 and 20,

16

17  insert:

18         (c)  For Fiscal Year 2000-2001, the department may seek

19  approval from the Administration Commission pursuant to

20  chapter 216 for additional spending authority and release of

21  funds up to $25 million dollars from the Florida Forever Trust

22  Fund for transfer to the Everglades Restoration Reserve Trust

23  Fund under the following conditions:

24         1.  All funds available under paragraphs (a) and (b)

25  have been encumbered;

26         2.  The South Florida Water Management District has

27  provided matching funds of at least $48 million;

28         3.  Matching credit for federal funds has been received

29  for any eligible previously funded project activities by the

30  state or local sponsor and that relate to implemention of the

31  comprehensive plan during Fiscal Year 2000-2001; and

 2  provided under paragraphs (a) and (b) have been made available
