14         On page 22, line 4, delete that line

16  and insert:

17         (8)  Any reduction or reallocation of the district's

18  resources for the purpose of meeting the funding requirements

19  in subsections (5) and (6) may not affect or negatively impact

20  any established local programs that are funded by the district

21  and local governments, including flood protection programs,

22  alternative water supply programs, or public outreach programs

23  relating to the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan.
