17 Section 22. Subsection (3) is added to section
18 373.4141, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 373.4141 Permits; processing.--
20 (3) In the case of a s. 120.569 and a s. 120.57
21 proceeding requested by a third party opponent on a permit
22 application under this part, a prima facie case shall be
23 established by the applicant through the introduction of the
24 application and written evidence or testimony from the
25 department or district that the application satisfies the
26 applicable permitting standards and criteria.
