  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Palm Beach County; providing

  3         for the annexation of lands into the Northern

  4         Palm Beach County Improvement District;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Section 1 of chapter 59-994, Laws of

10  Florida, as amended, is amended by adding the following

11  paragraphs to the end of said section, as so previously

12  amended:

14         The territorial limits of Northern Palm Beach

15         County Improvement District shall also embrace

16         and include the following parcels of land

17         located in Palm Beach County, Florida:

18

19         Parcel A.

21         A Parcel of land located in Section 32,

22         Township 41 South, Range 42 East, within the

23         municipal limits of the City of Palm Beach

24         Gardens, Palm Beach County, Florida, and being

25         more particularly described as follows:  That

26         part of said Section 32, Township 41 South,

27         Range 42 East, lying southerly and easterly of

28         the following described line:  Beginning at the

29         Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter (NE

30         1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of said

31         Section 32; thence South 87°51'32" East, a

  1         distance of 2,043.58 feet; thence South

  2         14°34'41" East, a distance of 2,810.32 feet;

  3         then South 09°24'33" West, a distance of

  4         1,084.56 feet to the South line of the

  5         Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section

  6         32.

10         Lot 11, Block 11 of Unrecorded Plat of Palmwood

11         Estates as more particularly described as: The

12         following bearings are based on the South line

13         of the subject parcel, taken to bear North 88

14         degrees, 53 minutes, 38 seconds West, per the

15         plat of "Bear's Club, a P.U.D.", Plat Book 86,

16         Pages 122 through 128, public records of Palm

17         Beach County, Florida; a parcel of land lying

18         in Section 20, Township 41 South, Range 43

19         East, Palm Beach County, Florida.  Said parcel

20         being more particularly described as follows:

21         Commence at the Southeast corner of "Reserve

22         Tract O", Bear's Club, a P.U.D., according to

23         the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 86,

24         Pages 122 through 128 of the Public Records of

25         Palm Beach County, Florida; said corner being a

26         point on the arc of a curve in the West

27         right-of-way line of "Palmwood Road", said

28         curve being concave to the Southeast, having a

29         radius of 2824.93 feet and a central angle of

30         04 degrees, 08 minutes, 17 seconds; thence

31         Northwesterly along the arc of said curve,

  1         being also the East line of said "Reserve Tract

  2         O", a distance of 204.03 feet to an angle point

  3         in said East line of "Reserve Tract O", being

  4         also the Southeast corner of that parcel of

  5         land described in Official Records Book (ORB)

  6         1609, Page 477 of the Public Records of Palm

  7         Beach County, Florida, and the point of

  8         beginning; thence North 88 degrees, 53 minutes,

  9         38 seconds West along the South line of said

10         ORB 1609, Page 477, being also the South line

11         of said "Reserve Tract O", a distance of 127.31

12         feet to the intersection with the arc of a

13         non-tangent curve (radial line from said

14         intersection bears South 77 degrees, 44

15         minutes, 23 seconds West); said curve being

16         concave to the Southwest, having a radius of

17         2700.93 feet and a central angle of 01 degrees,

18         46 minutes, 24 seconds; thence Northwesterly

19         along the arc of said curve, being the West

20         line of said ORB 1609, Page 477 and the East

21         line of said "Reserve Tract O", a distance of

22         83.60 feet to the intersection with a

23         non-tangent line; thence South 88 degrees, 53

24         minutes, 40 seconds East along the North line

25         of said ORB 1609, Page 477, being also the

26         North line of said "Reserve Tract O", a

27         distance of 128.27 feet to the intersection

28         with the arc of a non-tangent curve (radial

29         line from said intersection bears South 76

30         degrees, 38 minutes, 45 seconds West), in the

31         aforesaid West right-of-way line of "Palmwood

  2         Southwest, having a radius of 2824.93 feet and

  3         a central angle of 01 degree, 41 minutes, 27

  4         seconds; thence Southeasterly along the arc of

  5         said curve, a distance of 83.37 feet to the

  6         point of beginning.

10         The North half of the Southeast Quarter of the

11         Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 41

12         South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,

13         Florida.

17         The following lands are included, namely: A

18         parcel of land lying in Government Lot 2,

19         Section 21, Township 41 South, Range 43 East,

20         Palm Beach County, Florida, being more

21         particularly described as follows: That part of

22         the North 194.96 feet of Government Lot 2,

23         lying West of U.S. Highway One, less the South

24         170.03 feet of the North 194.96 feet of the

25         Easterly 150 feet thereof.

14         Road No. 5, as recorded in Plat Book #2, Page

15         109, Palm Beach County, Florida, and more

16         particularly described as follows: From the

17         Northwest corner of Government Lot 2, Section

18         21, Township 41 South, Range 43 East, run South

19         along the Westerly boundary line of said

20         Government Lot 2, a distance of 194.99 feet to

21         the point of beginning; thence run Easterly

22         along a line parallel to the North line of

23         Government Lot 2 with an angle of 88 degrees,

24         57 minutes, 45 seconds measured from North to

25         East from the Westerly boundary of the said

26         Government Lot 2, a distance of 827.55 feet to

27         a point in the Westerly right-of-way line of

28         State Road No. 5; thence run Southeasterly with

29         the said right-of-way line along the arc of

30         17,128.8 foot radius curve, a distance of

31         152.72 feet; thence run Westerly parallel to
