11 protection benefits; repealing s. 627.737,
12 F.S., relating to tort exemption; repealing s.
13 627.739, F.S., relating to personal injury
14 protection optional limitations and deductions;
15 repealing s. 627.7401, F.S., relating to
16 notification of insured's rights; repealing s.
17 627.7403, F.S., relating to joinder of claims;
18 repealing s. 627.7405, F.S., relating to
19 insurer's right of reimbursement; providing an
20 effective date.

22 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
23
24 Section 1. Sections 627.730, 627.731, 627.732,
25 627.733, 627.734, 627.736, 627.737, 67.739, 627.7401,
26 627.7403, and 627.7405, Florida Statutes, are repealed.
27 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
28 law.
