14         On page 16, between lines 7 and 8,

16  insert:

17         (6)  Upon receipt of the check from the drawer for a

18  deferred presentment transaction, the deferred presentment

19  provider must immediately stamp the back of the check with an

20  endorsement that states: "This check is being negotiated as

21  part of a deferred presentment transaction pursuant to Florida

22  Statute Chapter 560, Part IV, and any holder of this check

23  takes it subject to all claims and defenses of the maker."
