  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to pawnbroking; providing

  3         legislative intent to amend the laws relating

  4         to pawnbroking; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to amend the laws

  9  relating to pawnbroking.

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
