  2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes;

  3         repealing various statutory provisions that

  4         have become obsolete, have had their effect,

  5         have served their purpose, or have been

  6         impliedly repealed or superseded; repealing ss.

  7         55.08, 55.09, and 55.101, F.S., relating to

  8         conditions under which judgments and decrees

  9         entered prior to a certain date or under

10         certain former provisions of law become liens;

11         repealing s. 74.121, F.S., relating to the

12         effective date and applicability of ch. 65-369,

13         Laws of Florida, which related to eminent

14         domain proceedings; repealing s. 95.022, F.S.,

15         relating to the effective date of and a saving

16         clause for ch. 74-382, Laws of Florida, which

17         related to limitations of actions; repealing s.

18         196.011(13), F.S., relating to charitable

19         organizations that failed to timely file for

20         exemption from ad valorem taxation for the 1994

21         tax year; repealing s. 198.331, F.S., relating

22         to the applicability of certain lien provisions

23         to the estates of decedents dying after a

24         certain date; providing an effective date.

26  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

27

28         Section 1.  Sections 55.08, 55.09, and 55.101, Florida

29  Statutes, are repealed.

30         Section 2.  Section 74.121, Florida Statutes, is

31  repealed.

  3         Section 4.  Subsection (13) of section 196.011, Florida

  4  Statutes, is repealed.

  5         Section 5.  Section 198.331, Florida Statutes, is

  6  repealed.

  7         Section 6.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

  8  law.
