17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         (10)  Effective July 1, 2001, water well contractors

19  licensed under the provisions of this section shall be able to

20  install, repair and modify pumps and tanks in accordance with

21  the Florida Building Code, Chapter 29, Section 612--Well Pumps

22  and Tanks Used for Private Potable Water Systems.
