1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to the Florida Statutes;
3 repealing various statutory provisions that
4 have become obsolete, have had their effect,
5 have served their purpose, or have been
6 impliedly repealed or superseded; repealing s.
7 216.0154, F.S., relating to the assessment of
8 trends and conditions affecting the need for
9 capital facilities; repealing s. 216.0162,
10 F.S., relating to the monitoring and evaluation
11 of the capital facilities planning and
12 budgeting process; repealing s. 216.0315, F.S.,
13 relating to the requirement of a separate
14 fiscal category for international programs in
15 the budgets of state agencies that have such
16 programs; providing an effective date.

18 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
19
20 Section 1. Section 216.0154, Florida Statutes, is
21 repealed.
22 Section 2. Section 216.0162, Florida Statutes, is
23 repealed.
24 Section 3. Section 216.0315, Florida Statutes, is
25 repealed.
26 Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
27 law.

2 LEGISLATIVE SUMMARY

Repeals various statutory provisions that have become
4 obsolete, have had their effect, have served their
purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded.
5 Repeals provisions relating to the assessment of trends
and conditions affecting the need for capital facilities,
6 the monitoring and evaluation of the capital facilities
planning and budgeting process, and the requirement of a
7 separate fiscal category for international programs in
the budgets of state agencies that have such programs.
