17         Section 1.    Subsection (1) of section 39.824, Florida

18  Statutes, is repealed.

19         Section 2.    Subsection (2) of section 61.043, Florida

20  Statutes, is repealed.

21         Section 3.  Section 61.182, Florida Statutes, is

22  repealed.

23         Section 4.    Section 409.2559, Florida Statutes, is

24  repealed.

25         Section 5.    Sections 741.03055 and 741.03056, Florida

26  Statutes, are repealed.

27         Section 6.    Section 753.004, Florida Statutes, is

28  repealed.

29         Section 7.    This act shall take effect upon becoming

30  law.

  2  And the title is amended as follows:

  3         On page 1, lines 11 through 16,

  4  remove from the title of the bill:  all of said lines

  5

  6  and insert in lieu thereof:

  7         repealing s. 61.043 (2), F.S., relating to

  8         informational questionnaires required upon

  9         filing for dissolution of marriage; repealing

10         s. 61.182, F.S., relating to the Child Support

11         Depository Trust Fund; repealing s. 409.2559,

12         F.S., relating to the requirement to establish

13         and operate a state disbursement unit by a

14         specified date; repealing ss. 741.03055 and

15         741.03056, F.S., relating to review of

16         premarital preparation courses, creation of

17         pilot programs, development and use of an

18         informational questionnaire, and creation of a

19         curriculum; repealing s. 753.004, F.S.,

20         relating to supervised visitation projects;

21         providing an effective date.
