11  The Committee on Community Affairs offered the following:

13         Amendment 

14         On page 1, lines 14-17

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

16

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  year if the proposed amendment

18  involves the construction of affordable housing units meeting

19  the criteria of s. 420.0004(3).  Such amendment is not subject

20  to the density limitations of s. 163.3187(1)(c)1.f., and shall

21  be reviewed by the state land planning agency for consistency

22  with the principles for guiding development applicable to the

23  area of critical state concern where the amendment is located

24  and shall not become effective until a final order is issued

25  under s. 380.05(6).
