11  Senator McKay moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, lines 11 through 30, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (5)  "Joinder agreement" means an agreement entered

18  into by the state and the United States Olympic Committee or

19  the Internaitonal Olympic Committee, setting out

20  representations and assurances by the state in connection with

21  the selection of the candidate city to host the games.

22         (6)  "Joinder undertaking" means an agreement entered

23  into by the state and the United States Olympic Committee or

24  the International Olympic Committee that the state will

25  execute a joinder agreement if the candidate city is selected

26  to host the games.
