14         On page 2, between lines 24 and 25,

16  insert:

17         (2)  This section pertains to any title to real

18  property which is derived from a properly recorded deed or

19  grant made before this act takes effect by the Board of

20  Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund or by any

21  other state agency or official; which conveyed swamp or

22  overflowed lands, internal improvement lands, or other

23  nonsovereignty lands; and which contains a legal description

24  that encompasses sovereignty submerged lands.
