14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 8, between lines 12 and 13,

17  insert:

18         (13)  All procedures identified in this section to be

19  established by the WAGES Program State Board of Directors

20  shall be developed in a manner that allows for local WAGES

21  Coalition comment and review and shall be included in the

22  annual statewide program plan, pursuant to s. 414.027.
