  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; declaring

  3         the legislative intent to modify the statutes

  4         relating to public records; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact a law modifying the statutes with respect to public

11  records.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
