13         Amendment to Amendment (021283) (with title amendment) 

14         On page 44, between lines 25-26,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 34.  Section 42 of Committee Substitute for

18  Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 386, enacted in the 2000

19  Regular Session of the Legislature, is amended to read:

20         Section 42.  Section 258.398, Florida Statutes, 1997

21  edition, is and subsections (10) and (11) of section 370.14,

22  Florida Statutes, are repealed.

23         Section 35.  Section 12 of Chapter 99-245, Laws of

24  Florida, is repealed.

25         Section 36.    Notwithstanding any other law, the

26  Legislature intends that this act represent its full and total

27  intent with respect to legislation dealing with the same

28  subject matter as this act at the same legislative sesseion.

  7         amending s. 42 of CS/CS/SB 386, enacted in the

  8         2000 Regular Session of the Legislature;

  9         abrogating the repeal of s. 370.14(10) and

10         (11), F.S., relating to crawfish stamps;

11         repealing s. 12 of chapter 99-245, Laws of

12         Florida;
