19 Section 5. Subsection (11) is added to section
20 240.1201, Florida Statutes, to read:
21 240.1201 Determination of resident status for tuition
22 purposes.--Students shall be classified as residents or
23 non-residents for the purpose of assessing tuition fees in
24 public community colleges and universities.
25 (11) The State Board of Education shall by rule
26 designate classifications of students as residents or
27 nonresidents for tuition purposes at public community colleges
28 and universities.
