15         On page 2, lines 15 through 20,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  ineligible noncitizens or

19  sanctioned individuals.  For the purpose of Temporary

20  Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) services that meet the

21  goal of encouraging the formation and maintenance of

22  two-parent families in 45 C.F.R. s. 260.20(d) and s.

23  260.31(b)(6), family includes the non-custodial parent who

24  does not reside in the same house or living unit.  The

25  non-custodial parent's income shall not be considered in

26  determining the eligibility of the family that includes the

27  custodial parent except to the extent that support payments

28  are provided.
