11  The Committee on Community Affairs offered the following:

13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, between lines 21 and 22, of the bill

15

16  insert:

17         Section 1.  This act constitutes the codification of

18  all ordinances relating to the South Walton Fire District.  It

19  is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this law to

20  provide a single, comprehensive special act charter for the

21  district, including all current legislative enactments and any

22  additional authority granted by this act.
