18 (r) State theater contract organizations.--Also exempt
19 from the tax imposed by this chapter are sales and leases to
20 nonprofit organizations incorporated in accordance with
21 chapter 617 which have qualified under s. 501(c)(3) of the
22 Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, and which have been
23 designated as state theater contract organizations as provided
24 in s. 265.289 are exempt from the tax imposed by this chapter.
