11  The Committee on Fiscal Policy recommended the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 45, lines 17 through 31, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:

18         Section 8.  The sum of $200,000 is appropriated for

19  fiscal year 2000-2001 from nonrecurring General Revenue for

20  implementation of the Florida Rural Heritage Act as follows:

21  $100,000 to the Department of Agriculture to implement the

22  agricultural diversification pilot project; and, $100,000 to

23  the Department of Management Services to implement an

24  education technology pilot project.
