19         (15)  Each person or legal entity, which engages in any

20  activity regulated or defined in Part I, Construction

21  Contracting, or Part II, Electrical and Alarm System

22  Contracting, of chapter 489, contracting to perform

23  construction work pursuant to a state contract let under

24  chapter 235, chapter 255, or chapter 944 shall be required to

25  implement a drug-free workplace program pursuant to this

26  section.
