13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 12, between lines 24 and 25,

16  insert:

17         (9)  If the provider transfers ownership or changes the

18  beneficiary of the insurance policy, the provider must

19  communicate the initial change in ownership or beneficiary to

20  the insured within 20 days after the change.

25         On page 1, line 20, after the semicolon,

27  insert:

28         requiring notice of transfer of ownership or

29         change in beneficiary within a specified period
