19         2.  In school years 1998-1999 and 1999-2000, a school's

20  performance grade category designation shall be determined by

21  the student achievement levels on the FCAT, and on other

22  appropriate performance data, including, but not limited to,

23  attendance, dropout rate, school discipline data, and student

24  readiness for college, in accordance with state board rule.
