17         (c) The in-depth review established in this section

18  shall not include the relationship between motor vehicle

19  dealers licensed under 320.27(1)(c)1 and their respective

20  line-make licensees licensed under s. 320.61 or the provisions

21  of ss. 320.60-320.70, F.S.
