14         On page 23, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         Section 6.  Section 569.0071, Florida Statutes, is

18  created to read:

19         569.0071  Regulation of tobacco marketing preempted to

20  state.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the

21  regulation of tobacco marketing as provided in s. 569.007(1)

22  is specifically preempted to the state and supersedes any

23  municipal or county ordinance on the subject.
